Last visit before school
Our son, Zach, his wife Renee' and his son Austin, came down for a week end visit before school started. Zach and his bunch seems to be doing ok. We worry some about their situation. Renee' has fibermyalgia, and her medication doesn't seem to working very well. She really couldn't do much while they were here. I could tell she wasn't feeling very well. Austin has a mild form of autism, which really manifests itself socially with Austin. But aside from him being a little moody at times, he seems just like any other 7 year old boy. I took them to the beach and they really has a great time. Zach took Austin out in my boat and now Zach ready to build one so he can go paddling back in Marble Falls.
Zach is taking courses in the evening to finish up is degree to become an x ray tech. It's funny Zach tells me that working for National Oil Supply is a young man's game., and he doesn't want to do that kind of work forever. I guess they do grow up after awhile. Also, Becky and I like the idea of being grandparents. Austin was a hoot while he was here. of course, I filled him up with sugar and caffeine and sent his on his way.

Filling grandkids up with caffeine and sugar is one of the things that grandparents do best.

"PawPaw said I could" are magical words for a youngster.
